About Me
Mark Banaszek is an individual and group therapist at Integrative Health Services with 15 years of experience working with child, adolescents, individuals, and families. He has experience working with school systems and other agencies throughout Jefferson, and surrounding counties. He presents his counseling services in a professional, direct, realistic, yet compassionate and understanding format.
Mark enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, individuals, couples and veterans, who struggle to cope with challenging situations. Treatment specialties include, but are not limited to, behavioral modification, parenting techniques, dual diagnosis, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, work/life balance, blended families, and couples.
