I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Texas as well as a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Hawaii. I have over 15 years of experience working in the counseling field and I’m passionate about helping others! My areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders as well as relationship issues. I also enjoy helping people who are experiencing major life changes, self-esteem issues and perfectionism.

I make every effort to help my clients feels safe and supported in a non-judgmental environment. I help people feel more at ease as we talk through their problems and determine how I can help them. I work from a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approach, which allows for easy and practical strategies that often produce quick results.
