I draw from my years of experience and various techniques to create an integrative, holistic approach based on the needs and goals you bring to the table.

I am a certified hypnotherapist uniquely able to help clients reach various goals such as increasing confidence, improving performance, ending fears, losing weight, stopping unwanted habits and more. When in hypnosis, a person is in complete control and hypnosis is a natural state of mind much like meditation. I also offer Reiki to those interested.

I approach my practice with warmth, humor, and curiosity toward whatever is discovered. I understand the courage necessary to take steps to transform your life.
