About Me
Hi there! I'm Sage. I would be grateful for the opportunity to empower you to become the healthiest and happiest you. I am passionate about working with clients from a person-first, holistic approach to achieve optimal wellness, and I am skilled in working with children & adolescents, individuals, families and couples. I utilize a strengths-based approach as I work to build a strong and supportive therapeutic alliance with my clients, and I foster a safe, judgment-free environment for personal exploration and growth. Together, we can create change and growth by discovering where you want to be in life and how to get there.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and additionally hold certificates in Childhood Traumatic Grief and Maternal Mental Health. I utilize Solution-focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Techniques, Motivational Interviewing and Expressive Therapies.
I strive to address the whole client by assessing the many layers of each individual that I work with, including, but not limited to: mental and emotional health, physical health, spirituality, social and relational health, career satisfaction, and life trajectory. I view my work with my clients as a partnership.
