Assisting my clients to achieve their goals and rebuild their lives is something I take much pride in. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach, based on client need; however, tend to operate from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Reality Therapy perspective.
I have over 6 years of experience specializing with anxiety disorders, depression, overcoming grief, anger management, addiction and dual diagnosis. I am knowledgeable in both individual and group therapy and currently work in private practice.
