Hi! I'm glad you're here :) I am a trauma trained therapist who works with individuals struggling with trauma-related symptoms such as, flashbacks, trauma memories, intrusive thoughts, nightmares, feelings of shame, guilt, anger or emotional numbness. Clients I work with may also be struggling with interpersonal relationships, insecurities/ low self-confidence, anxiety or stress. Clients who come see me typically have experienced a form of abuse (physical, verbal, sexual) or want to stop repeating old patterns. Although I work with adolescents and adults of all ages, the primary population I tend to work with is young adults.

I strive to help individuals develop a better understanding of themselves through meditation practices as well as exploring childhood experiences and themes in their lives. My goal is to help you grow and heal in order to feel confident, gain self-awareness, and maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and others!

I have a loving, nurturing, and compassionate approach. I also love using humor whenever appropriate. One of my favorite things to do with my clients is connect through laughter!
