About Me
Scott received his undergraduate in communication studies from Truman State University, first sparking his deep interest in the manner in which people interact, communicate, and live life together. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts he went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. Scott has had the opportunity to work with both adolescents and adults of all ages through varying issues such as anxiety, depression, dissociation, drug abuse, life transition, grief, sleep problems, and more. Scott’s approach is relational, working to build a strong therapeutic relationship toward positive outcome for the client. He has a deep interest in human connectedness and life and enjoys learning the thought processes and philosophies of various traditions in pursuit of understanding. He also enjoys reading, writing, walks, playing games, and wrestling his three year old son.
