About Me
I have been in the mental health field since 2013. I graduated from Adams State University in 2018. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide an array of supports to clients with concerns with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marital issues, family conflict as well as many stresses from day to day life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will work to enhance your ability to explore solutions versus focusing on problems.
My goal is to provide a safe and trusting environment where we can develop a positive therapeutic relationship. This relationship is important to foster growth, healing and understanding during our sessions. Empowering you as the expert in your life to use skills to cope with future problems and achieving goals.
I believe that life is a journey and I am here to help you find the tools to increase your ability to successfully navigate that journey.
