Kelsey Barbieri

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience providing therapy to a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples and families. I have experience working in private practice, community health centers, and schools, where I have provided sessions in-person and via teletherapy.

My clinical interests include working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship issues, parenting issues, career challenges/life transitions, and issues related to military life.

I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2012. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique . I utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques that I tailor to each client, but always make sure to draw from a strengths based perspective. I strive to ensure that my clients feel heard as I support them in reaching their goals using an honest, open approach.
