Lisa Rodriguez

Hello! I am a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I live in Charlotte and have served clients from all over the state. I earned a Masters in Counseling from South University in Columbia, SC and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from National University in IL. Years ago I enjoyed a tremendous corporate career i a leadership role. I gained skills and expertise but knew in my heart I wanted to help people differently. Today I intertwine my business skills with my professional passion for mental health. I am also working toward a second Licensure in Substance Abuse. I earned accreditation with Triple P through Mecklenburg county. (Positive Parenting Program Level 3). I see the client's strengths and strongly believe in their ability to work through change. My clinical therapeutic focus includes a particular passion for anyone suffering from any level of depression, debilitating anxiety, and many forms of trauma. My background work includes counseling autistic adults and children. I highly respect working with the recovering community across all ages. I served on community boards to advocate for the recovering community and enjoy volunteer work with local organizations. My real aim is to help restore lives through careful treatment planning, care, and client collaboration. I am very committed to eliminating the stigma of therapy in all communities.
