About Me
My name is Iyabo Adediran and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California. I have worked in various capacities in the mental health field for over 16 years and have spent the last 8 years of my career providing direct therapy services to individuals.
My style of therapy is eclectic which means that I incorporate various clinical models into sessions depending on need. I often utilize TF-CBT, Person centered, attachment, MI and CBT just to name a few. I also utilize active listening and humor to create a safe therapeutic space which is free of judgment and motivates you to mange life stressors.
I am committed to helping individuals and families reach their goals in therapy and I look forward to motivating you every step of the way as you begin your journey.
