I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Sensorimotor Therapy and Somatic Response as well as psycho-education for a holistic approach to health.

Having strong collaboration with my clients, to achieve their goals, is of the utmost importance to me. I invite individuals, couples, families and groups to learn new ways in identifying one's own needs, to increase self-care, to have strong boundaries, and use assertive communication skills. All cultural, spiritual and sexual orientations are welcome!

In-Person, Video Conferencing and Phone Sessions are available for individual, couples and family therapy. East Bay Christian Counseling is located in beautiful downtown Danville, CA. Saturday appointments are available. Cash, checks, credit cards and HSA / FSA cards are accepted. Individual 50 minute sessions are $145. Couples / Family 50 minute sessions are $195. Extended sessions of 80 or 110 minutes are also available and prorated by the half hour.
