Sophie Levy

Sophie is a British citizen who moved to Los Angeles in 1995. After starting a family in 2002, she decided to return to school and complete her masters in clinical psychology. Five years later she became fully licensed as a marriage and family therapist. Sophie has a private practice in Santa Monica where she works with patients who are dealing with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, relationship issues, conflict, grief and trauma.

Sophie has been trained in psychodynamic theory and psychoanalytic theory. She has also taken courses in emotionally focused couples therapy, internal family systems and attachment theory.
