I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about helping my clients achieve fulfillment and satisfaction in their daily lives. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 Training, which allows me to provide tools on helping couples communicate effectively and transform their relationship. In addition, i have also completed the advanced certification process to become a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, to offer a more holistic and integrative approach to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness while preventing common mental health problems.

I sincerely enjoy helping couples deepen their intimate connections through communication and helping them create a shared system of values and meaning. Overtime, I truly feel that couples forget how to date each other, which is an integral element in finding their spark again.

Additionally, autoimmune diseases often go misdiagnosed and present as a mental illness. Addressing the whole person is essential in identifying the root cause to address underlying issues that may be preventing optimal health and wellness.

At A Beautiful Soul Holistic Counseling, I strive to deliver specialized and individualized therapy to each client to Individuals in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas of Phoenix, as I offer convenient therapy services with Telehealth. My main focus is building rapport before counseling starts, as I feel this is the most important factor in building a therapeutic relationships.
