About Me
You do so much for others and never take time for yourself. You love the work that you do, but lately, you’ve been feeling totally drained. You feel overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed. I am a registered LPC intern in Portland, Oregon. I help tired and overworked adults reduce stress and reclaim the joy that they once had in their lives.
I help clients use creativity to draw out the stories that have been dormant within them, waiting desperately to be seen. Through the transformative power of movement, visual art, sound, creative writing, and imagination, my clients have the opportunity to shine. Creativity is a language that we all share, but many of us don't utilize it. Expressive arts therapy allows you the opportunity to communicate in a way that connects more directly to your emotions and subconscious. Creativity can reduce stress and anxiety, boost your mood, and quite literally give you a new way to look at the world around you.
