About Me
Hello, my name is Lindsey Randol, PsychD. I serve adults and couples who are seeking support and greater wellbeing. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are and create a collaborative space where we can explore your inner world and what matters most to you. I can help you identify your strengths, bring awareness and compassion to your challenges, and creatively support you to make sustainable changes and life-enhancing choices.
I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I specialize in an integrative and relational approach to therapy, which focuses on developing a strong therapeutic relationship of authenticity and communication. I am also trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy).
You may notice that I have an unusual degree. A PsychD is a doctorate from England and equivalent to an American PhD. I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist in the United Kingdom and a registered psychotherapist in the State of Colorado. I am also core faculty in the Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Master's program at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. My private practice is in Boulder, Colorado and I also practice Teletherapy using secure online video conferencing.
I am committed to creating a welcoming and affirmative space for all people. I love working with clients who are new to therapy and people who are seeking a fresh approach. Please contact me if you want to see if we are a great fit. I look forward to hearing from you. You can find my website at www.lindseyrandol.com.
