I also utilize EMDR to help your brain processes memories the way they are designed to be processed so that they do not feel stuck ( even if you do not know what the memory is).

I believe everyone has the ability to meet the goals that they make for themselves. We work on understanding the barriers to your goals in order to live the life you would like to live.
