Maybe you have tried consequences, but those consequences are not working and setting firmer limits ends in more stress. Helping them regulate big emotions may be difficult for you and lead to frustration and confusion. I can support your child or teen in learning to regulate their emotions.

My work is dedicated to helping children, teens and families improve their overall functioning and cohesiveness, in addition to struggles related to trauma, mental health, parenting, self-esteem, career and life transition struggles.

I work from a strengths-based perspective to help clients and families focus on the goals they want to achieve. I often utilize Play Therapy with clients of all ages to assist with building rapport and introducing therapy to teens and younger children.
