I believe that people argue because they do not feel understood or feel that anyone is listening. There are similarities between teenagers and couples in how they argue. "If this person would just listen to what I am saying things would be better." We want to be understood, cared for and loved. Many people these days do not feel any of these. I work with people so that they are able to attain the feelings that they desire. I have had the pleasure to work with people who feel like things are impossible to fix and to help them feel better.

Through counseling, I help people communicate clearly to each other, listen and be understood. In therapy, we will develop a structure of the things that you would like to work on. Next is the development of the action steps of how to arrive at a solution to feel better.
