Whether you are struggling in a current relationship or have difficult experiences from the past, I believe that our interactions with others inform how we view ourselves and how we function in the world. My approach is strongly relational. I believe healing is found in a meaningful therapeutic relationship and by examining relational patterns that exist in all of our lives. I work with individuals to find a path toward recovery, and move beyond survival to embrace truly fulfilling lives.

My specialty is treating adults who are struggling with trauma (PTSD, Complex PTSD, Dissociative Disorders), relationship issues, eating disorders, and self-harmful behaviors. I am particularly interested in the mind body connection and enhancing mental health as a critical aspect of overall health.

I am an open-minded, non-judgmental, collaborative therapist that believes in meeting people where they are and finding the strengths inside each of us.
