Oriana Murphy

I believe deeply in the value of being heard - something that many of us feel we have never experienced. I meet my clients with authenticity, transparency, and strengths-based solutions - characteristics that I have found to be "easier said than done" but incredibly necessary to facilitate trust in a helping relationship. I specialize in working with young adults during life transitions, addiction and mental health issues, and mood disorders. I offer parent coaching, clinical supervision, and often work from a family systems and attachment focused approach.

I am deeply grateful each time I receive the gift of working with any individual or family. The courage it takes to pick up the phone and commit to "doing the work" is monumental and to be chosen for that journey is the highest honor.
