Angela Burnett

Angela is a licensed therapist who creates a warm, gentle, and genuine therapeutic presence where clients can navigate life’s challenges and changes across the lifespan. She specializes in supporting adolescents, teens, and adults who struggle with issues related to life transitions, chronic medical issues, and managing symptoms related to anxiety and depression. She also supports clients who have endured the effects of trauma, grief and loss, as well as self-harming behaviors and suicide ideation.

Her eclectic therapeutic approach stems from her background and training in yoga/mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, existential therapy, Somatic Experiencing ™ and narrative therapy.
