I believe everyone should have someone they can talk to, whether about life's most difficult issues, or the simplest ones. That's what I am here for; someone to listen and help work through whatever challenges life brings.

I meet with adolescents and adults ranging from ages 13 through 85 years. I focus my practice on meeting with individuals and couples dealing with daily struggles, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation and/or social difficulties, phobia elimination social media addiction, bullying, and cyberbullying.
