Hello, My name is Abby and I counselor that specializes in working with older teens, young adults and older adults. My training has allowed me to gain exposure to a variety of groups. I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor. I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy in the majority of my cases but I am also open to adopt other approaches depending on the individual and case type. It is always tailored to the client. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues,substance abuse, anger management to name a few.

My specialty areas focus on Stress Management, Anxiety Addictions, Self- esteem, Depression. I also have experience addressing Relationship issues, Family conflicts, Grief, Sleeping disorders, Parenting issues, Anger management, Career difficulties, Bipolar disorder, to name a few. I also engage in home visits and telemedicine.
