About Me
I’ll help you use your strengths to meet your goals.
I truly enjoy learning about and working with all of my clients. We work together to build a strong therapeutic partnership that is holistic, strength-based, person-centered and considers cultural beliefs and backgrounds. I am bilingual (fluent in Spanish), multi-ethnic, and have a passion for tailoring treatment to meet the specific needs of the person. My style is compassionate and relational.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston University, where my training on taking a neuroscience-informed approach to managing various conditions continued; I’m now a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional (CCATP) and focus on helping individuals, couples, and families in this area. Additionally, I have worked in the field of human services and health social work for a total of 18 years, mainly in consultant and crisis interventionist roles, which has helped effectively connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
I recognize taking a step towards becoming a better version of yourself can be difficult; it may get harder before it gets easier, but the beauty of it is you won’t be doing it alone. I hope to speak with you soon and hear about your experience. If you are curious or want to learn more about my practice, please reach out. I'm happy to connect.
