Anne Lee

Anne began her career as a Registered Dietitian over 25 years ago where she provided nutrition support and counseling to individuals with major health problems. She eventually changed her focus to mental health and wellness at Capistrano by the Sea Hospital in Dana Point, California. At "Capo" she developed a passion in working with individuals and their families with mental health issues, eating disorders, and addictions.

With over 20 years in the field of mental health and over 25 years as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Anne is a highly experienced and skilled professional. Her unique background as a therapist and a dietitian allows her to provide care from a unique perspective. She provides her expert care as a psychotherapist to individuals with eating disorder and substance issues as well as depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma. She provides her expertise as a dietitian to individuals seeking help in improving their health through changes in their diet and lifestyle. She has been providing treatment in a variety of settings include hospitals, outpatient programs and private practice. She currently sees clients in her offices in Orange County as well as online with teletherapy (video and phone).
