April Tyson

I am a native to Nashville. I've spent the last 13 yrs in the helping profession. I have worked with domestic violence, substance abuse, anger problems, assessments for courts and child protective services, and several years working with severe and persistent mental illness. My current spotlight of 7 yrs has been in substance abuse. I do not mind sharing that I am also in recovery of 13 yrs from addictions myself. I have spent my own sober yrs bettering myself and gaining the credentials to be most effective in my help to others. I have worked with lots of trauma but do not offer EMDR.
