Barbara Sanders

I have been working for over 30 years helping my clients explore the barriers that keep them from living a more fulfilling life and lifestyle. We work together to understand how traumatic experiences may be blocking their progress toward a happier and more enjoyable life. When working with clients who have severe difficulties, we can work intensely during longer time frames for sessions, or more frequently, if needed.

I continue to enjoy my work because I view all of life's transitions as being important moments for healing and bringing a sense of aliveness to all that we do. I assist clients in participating in alternative forms of healing, when that seems like an excellent idea. I also work with people before and after transpersonal or transformative experiences in order to help integrate these experiences into daily life.
