About Me
After 25 years in the film industry as a film editor and composer, I went back to school, receiving a masters' degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, Los Angeles. Following a three-year internship, I received my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
Since then, I had the opportunity to travel abroad, spending a year as therapist at an inpatient addiction treatment facility in Malaysia, on the Island of Borneo.
Shortly after getting back to my hometown of Los Angeles, I began work as Senior Therapist at The Grandview Foundation, where I continue to work helping individuals struggling with addiction and/or co-occurring mental health issues.
In addition to my work at Grandview, I operate a private practice in Universal City, CA where I help my clients struggling with issues including: Trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, phobias, grief. Because of my background, I am especially adept at working with individuals in the creative/artistic fields.
