I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have practiced in North Carolina since 2005. I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and couples in various settings including a children's hospital, community mental health agencies, and private practice. I use a variety of therapy techniques to effectively treat depression and anxiety. I work with people experiencing the emotional challenges of chronic pain and illness, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns such as mood disorders and ADHD. I also help individuals to recover from traumatic events in their lives and restore their self-esteem.
