About Me
I am passionate about helping those struggling with grief, mood disorders and depression & anxiety. I excel at working with bi-cultural identity, third-cultures, and individuals who have moved around often.
I love working with individuals who need space to find or rediscover their voice.
I believe movement has medicine and incorporate mindfulness practice into sessions if you are open to it.
Losing a loved one can be the most difficult time in your life. Emotions are often surprising in their strength or mildness. Grief often breaks a person completely from inside out. Grieving is hard work, you can get worn out, and feel battered. It can take a lot longer to work through grief than most people realize. People around you may think it’s helpful for you to not talk or cry or focus on your loss but actually this is just what people need to do. The goal is to not stay stuck, to move through it—and this is part of the process. Grief doesn’t get better by ignoring it and trying to ‘get over it.’
You never get over the loss of someone you love deeply but you can learn to live with it and you can feel good again.
I use a holistic approach in my practice.
My specialty is working with the mind and body.
