Chris Eldridge

I am a licensed professional counselor offering telehealth therapy. I have experience working with adults, children (age 10 and above), and teens and adolscents. My approach to counseling is a relational one, where I come alongside you to understand your experiences, feelings, and thoughts. One of my hopes and goals of working with you is that you find support, understanding, and a place of healing and health. I practice cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I am a certified grief counselor specialist.
