Christine is passionate about mental health because she has struggled with mental health issues and depression herself. She could feel and understand that it is something very difficult to live with daily without support.

As an Asian American therapist specializing in grief and loss, she knows about the cultural stigma that comes with talking about mental health issues.

Clients who come to her for therapy are usually suffering from grief and loss, looking to set goals for themself to decrease their anxiety, stress, and depression and who would like to improve their overall quality of life.

A phrase that sticks with her daily and one that she lives by is to “start before you’re ready.” Christine says: "There will always be countless things that could be holding you back, so I try to take a leap of faith before I have regret of not trying".
