Cristy Mereles

I have been working with families in San Diego since 1997. I have extensive experience with children, the transgender community, families involved with the Child Welfare System, and individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, domestic violence and abuse.

I draw from diverse treatment modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. I have a BA in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University as well as an MSW from San Diego State University.
