I understand and I have experienced depression and anxiety and what it's like to be addicted to alcohol and drugs. I have 22 years of recovery and I couldn't have done this without the help of those who would listen.

My practice is person centered and I use cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. I'm willing to walk with you hand-in-hand to give you the tools to have and keep a life that is fulfilling.
