About Me
Elizabeth Cooke is a seasoned therapist who can help you find the strengths within you and the resources around you to better handle the challenges and complications that might be overwhelming your life right now. In a very relaxed and comfortable - yet safe and professional - setting, you will have the chance to explore what has brought you to this point and then to experiment with strategies and different approaches that can have you choosing healthier or more productive ways to move forward.
With over 20 years of clinical experience and advanced training to work with children, adolescents, and adults as individuals, couples, or families, she will tailor services to meet your needs. Some of her areas of specialization include: anxiety, depression, couples/relationships, parenting, disordered eating, ADHD, stress management, and life transitions.
Building on a solid Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and systems foundation, her continuing education has covered: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), DBT-aware, Gottman, Prepare-Enrich, and Woodsfellow trainings.
