You no longer connect with the person that others see on the outside, because you’re paralyzed on the inside. So instead you go through your days wearing a mask, feeling like a failure, stressed & overwhelmed, and/or battling feelings of unworthiness or not being enough. You find yourself asking, “When is life REALLY going to begin for me?”

As a licensed therapist bringing you 23+ years of experience in the behavioral health field and 9+ year of experience in private practice, I empower Millennial Women and Gen-Xers who are struggling with sadness, anxiety, and or/stress. These women are motivated but unsure as to how to cope. My approach is warm, interactive, and collaborative. During our time together, I will provide you with the tools that best fit you and can assist you in moving into a more fulfilling life.
