Empowering You Therapy is a mental health service primarily focused on treating women. I provide individual therapy to adolescents (13+) and adults. I believe in an “Empowerment Approach” and that even though you may not realize it you have many strengths and skills within you that I build upon and use in reaching your goals. I want you to know that it’s okay, to not be okay. You deserve it and owe it to yourself to gain back control of your life and live to your fullest potential.
