I am a clinical social worker with 30 years of experience treating individuals to work through life’s complications and manage life transitions. I specialize in treating and assisting individuals to adjust to the difficulties encountered in their lives. This includes grieving, trauma work and of course managing depression or anxiety. I have extensive experience treatment of PTSD. My goal is to always assist clients to find balance in their lives as they wrestle with chronic disease, mental illnesses, and life transitions. As a clinical social worker, I feel it is important to adjust treatment styles to each individual, utilizing the techniques which make the most sense to you and for your life. We will work together to apply the style which will produce the best results in your therapy. Toward this end, the initial visit will be dedicated to getting to know you and your situation within the assessment process. We will then identify a plan of treatment together and move forward with clearly identified goals.
