Jenna Rosenfeld

My name is Jenna Rosenfeld and I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in the state of Florida & Colorado. I went to the University of Central Florida for undergraduate and have a double Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I have Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. I have been working with a wide variety of individuals, but have been specializing in substance abuse, anger/stress management, enhancing emotional well-being, and communication in relationships. I have an intense passion for working with individuals who are seeking help to better their lives. I do believe every person could benefit from therapy; however, it takes some courage to take the first step to seek help. I use a supportive, empathetic approach with my clients to meet them where they are at. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits all approach for everyone, and I completely tailor my treatment plan and goals based on what will benefit the individual most.
