Hi there, I'm so glad you are reaching out to work on a better you. I am a Doctoral candidate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and I practice being present and authentic in the therapeutic room in a way that facilitates a deeper connection with my clients. This includes the non-verbal communication that passes between us, the body work, and the way I allow my clients to explore their personal traumas through me. This goal of working in this psychodynamic, explorative way is to create a deep level of healing and change for my clients, so they can finally move beyond the fears and the resistance that might be holding them back from living as joyfully as they would like.
