Often, when clients come to me, they don't realize trauma is the source of why they feel stuck, depressed or anxious. They realize they have patterns in relationships that are unhealthy or unproductive but can't seem to choose differently or connect deeply in a last way. I specialize in trauma informed care and understand how to work with clients to attain a fuller life.

I also specialize transitional and existential issues plaguing adolescents, adults and parents alike.

My style is both reflective, giving wide space to client process and lightly directive. While deeply serious person, my language is play and humor.

I love my family, two Saint Berdoodles, gardening, exploring cultures different from my own and those gifted with a quick wit.
