HI! I’M JESSICA.
I’m the Founder and Clinical Executive Officer of SW Social Support based in Davie, Florida.

More than 15 years ago, I started my career in mental health. I’ve had just about every position you can imagine — from front desk receptionist to clinical director of a multi-million-dollar agency.

I launched my business in Davie, FL after the stress from my “dream job” landed me on my deathbed. I was the clinical director of a social work agency that prioritized my work over my wellbeing to the point that I was literally wasting away. I realized that all of the things that I thought would define my success — the salary, the title, the responsibility — did not matter, and I’d begun to hate the very things I’d spent years chasing after.

That day in the hospital, I vowed to never again sacrifice my sanity for a salary and to do everything in my power to equip others working in caregiving capacities — superheroes, as I call them — to do the same. That’s when SW Social Support was born.

This Davie based practice is changing the game for other mental health professionals, moms, first responders, military servicemen and women, clergy members, caregivers, public servants and many others for whom the burden of fighting for others diminishes their capacity to fight for themselves; both in Davie and worldwide. I teach these superheroes to save themselves first. In doing so, I empower them thrive in their roles and serve from a place of substance, not sacrifice. As a result, families are stronger; patients receive better care; congregants get the best from their spiritual leadership, and communities are better supported
