I am a counselor that specializes in working with women, men, and couples dealing with relationship challenges through individual and couples therapy. I also work with children and adolescents on issues they face in school, social situations, and challenges or trauma. I provide counseling for a variety of issues including grief/loss, stress, anxiety, depression, elite athlete issues, relationships, trauma, parenting, premarital, divorce, interracial relationships, and Veteran's issues.
