Joy Kelleher

With over 25 years of experience, I have an eclectic background including extensive international work. Areas of practice include working with children, teens, families, and adults from a strengths-based, positive psychology perspective. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level ll with a strong background in working with vulnerable populations and people who have experienced trauma. Facilitating healing and equipping people to navigate their lives in a value-driven manner are key areas of focus. In my work with children, I have extensive experience in treating childhood anxiety and behavioral challenges.

Relational based, Trauma-focused, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and sensory-based interventions are key areas of my practice. I use experiential therapy techniques to facilitate the development of positive coping strategies and address stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Empowerment and healing are important parts of my work.
