My specialties include couples counseling, alcohol, drug, sex and love addiction, eating disorders, relationship issues, depression, sexual abuse,  and spiritual issues. I am extremely skilled at helping clients who have very difficult people in their lives ( partners/ ex-partners, bosses etc with Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorders). I have over 20 years of experience working with both adults and adolescents/teenagers. My private practice is in Manhattan Beach and I genuinely LOVE what I do.I  accept all PPO Insurance Plans and do the insurance billing online for you.

I believe in a holistic approach honoring mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Bringing awareness and compassion (mindfulness) to both conscious and unconscious underlying issues and feelings that block your true desires is an important key.
