I have always had a passion for supporting others through struggles in their lives. I am particularly interested in assisting people in developing and maintaining healthy relationships as I believe that our relationships with others is the key to health and wellness. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Georgia and Florida and I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I would love the opportunity to get to know you and work with you to improve your relationships, self esteem, and feeling of self worth.
