Katelyn Tower

My name is Katelyn and I have experience providing therapeutic services in crisis, inpatient, and outpatient treatment settings with individuals and groups. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Westfield State University, and my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Springfield College. My passion is with helping others, and this started at a young age. I am a native of Massachusetts, and enjoy spending time outside-especially at the beach. My other interests include yoga, mindfulness, traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

I view therapy as a collaborative judgment free process that leads to healing and personal growth. My holistic approach involves meeting each unique individual where they are at to identify goals, facilitate change, examine perspectives, and aid in developing tools to manage distress. I believe that one of the bravest things we can do is to begin to understand our own story
