I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in many settings - as a Program Director at The Boys and Girls Club, a middle school teacher, and in counseling positions at a group home, a community mental health center, and in several schools. I enjoy helping my clients live joyful, fulfilling lives.

I am an eclectic counselor, addressing both the deep-rooted causes of your struggles and practical solutions. I utilize Family Systems Theory, Adlerian Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It's your therapy, and I will personalize it to your needs.
