Kelsey Beil

I honestly love what I do...working with people who want to grow, face trauma, share their story, and feel better. My practice is a safe place to tell your story and to change the ending. Using all my experiences in the field, paired with a laid back and empathic personality, I meet client's where they are and nudge them along to where they want to be. Client's who work with me will learn more about their emotions, whats going on in their body, why they keep doing what they do, and skills to move through them.

I pair EMDR Therapy with other theories to connect the past and the present so you can feel more centered, grounded, and assured. Whether you are a teen struggling with depression, a young adult dealing with the realities of independence, a couple unsure of a future together, or a mature adult who is facing unanticipated changes, I know I can help support you on your journey towards health.
